1.1 Elite Wash does not sell any physical products; therefore, we do not offer a return policy.
1.2 Our services are provided as-is and once rendered, cannot be returned.
2.1 Once a payment is made by the user, it is considered final and non-refundable.
2.2 Users may choose to cancel their service at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for any payments made. As an alternative, a coupon will be issued, which can be applied to a future order.
2.3 In the event of a category mismatch, we reserve the right to return your shoes, and the applicable driver fee will be charged.
2.4 If we detect any defects or determine that your shoes are not eligible for dry cleaning, we may pause the service and return the shoes to your doorstep, including the applicable driver fee.
2.5 In the unlikely event that your shoes are damaged during the dry cleaning process, we will compensate you with three times the cost of the dry cleaning service.
